PURPOSE: To support association and widen the association by providing an association storage means which store an associated word associated with a word previously, the meaning of the associated word, and explanation in preferential order, and chaining and retrieving the associated word, and its meaning and explanation from the association storage means according to the priority by using the word as a retrieval key. CONSTITUTION: This system consists of an input means 1 which inputs the word in KANA(Japanese syllabary) and KANJI(Chinese character), the association storage means 4 which stores the associated word associated with the inputted word previously in the preferential order, a retrieval means 2 which chains and retrieves the associated word by using the word as the retrieval key, and a display means 3 which displays the retrieval result. Here, the associated word associated previously with the inputted word in KANA and KANJI is stored in the preferential order in the association storage means 4. The retrieval means 2 chains and retrieves the associated word based upon the word in KANA and KANJI as the retrieval key and the result chained and retrieved by the retrieval means 2 is displayed by a display means 3. |
