PURPOSE: To output an optimum allocation part to a mounting device by obtaining design data, part data and operational data, calculating an average mounting time per fixed period for each kind of parts in real time, and making a mounting time required by each device for one substrate uniform. CONSTITUTION: Design data is input from a key input part 14. Then, the number of parts to be mounted is read from design data. A mounting device which enables mounting is searched. A time required for mounting one part is red by referring to operation data (average mounting time). The time required to mount a part is obtained and is stored in an RAM 13. The time required to mount all the surface mount parts is calculated by thus repeating the calculation for all the types of parts. Line bouncing is carried out. After part allocation is finished, the part allocation is output. |
