摘要 PURPOSE:To recover energy efficiently by varying the quantity of flowing gas through a remaining gas energy recovery turbine when the quantity of flowing gas through an exclusive furnace pressure recovery turbine reaches out of the optimum control range in controlling the furnace pressure. CONSTITUTION:An energy recovery turbine 11 exclusively used for furnace pressure control and another turbine 12 for recovery of remaining gas are connected in parallel. At point A, the quantity Q1 of flowing gas through the turbine 11 is decreased, and as a result the angular aperture of a flow controller 13 reaches the lower limit, and the angular aperture of a flow controller 14 is reduced by stages. According to this constitution, when the angular aperture of the flow controller 13 reaches the upper limit, the angular aperture of the flow controller 14 is increased by steps.
