PURPOSE:To enable a wound bundle to be removed by dropping from between two disks by a method wherein a plurality of shafts constituting a winding core are drawn out by an operating means and disks are separated from each other, in a winder form a string formed body in which the body is wound with a wound width determined by a pair of opposite disks. CONSTITUTION:The disk 2 is fitted to the tip of a driving shaft 1 and is provided with a plurality of engaging holes 3 along the circumference coaxial with the shaft 1. A retaining shaft 4 is provided opposite to but coaxial with the shaft 1, and the disk 5 and a slidable operating means 6 are retained by the shaft 4 so as to be rotatable and slidable, respectively. A plurality of engaging shafts 7 are projected from the operating means 6 at substantially the same positions as those of the holes 3. The shafts 7 are movably passed through the disk 5, with projections 9 for pulling the disk 5 provided near the tips 8 of the shafts 7, and the parts of the shafts 7 on the base end side of the projections 9 constitute a winding core part 10 for the string formed body. The operating means 6 is provided with a peripheral groove 11, into which a lever 12 is rotatably engaged so that the tips 8 of the engaging shafts 7 can be engaged into and disengaged from the holes 3 of the disk 2 by oscillating the lever 12. Since the disk 5 is separated from the disk 2 by the function of the projections 9 when the lever 12 is operated in the direction for disengaging to at least a fixed extent, the wound bundle of the string formed body can be easily taken out. |
