PURPOSE: To simplify control of pulse which decides timing of charge transfer from a sensor array to a linear CCD connected to a ring CCD integrating signal change, in a distance measuring device wherein an object is illuminated for triangulation. CONSTITUTION: Signal charge generated in each sensor block S1 -S5 is transferred at turn-off of floodlinghting to the second accumulation part 14, and at tarn-on of floodlinghting, transferred to the first accumulation part 15. These accumulation parts 14 and 15 adjust timing so that the charges obtained by each sensor block S1 -S5 both at turn-off of floodlighting and turn-on of floodlinghting are transferred, parallel and at the same time, to each CCD stage 3A-12A of a linear CCD 17. |
