PURPOSE: To adjust, and set and change functions of an electronic musical instrument body on a MIDI keyboard which is connected by a MIDI cable. CONSTITUTION: One of 16 reception MIDI channels is set as a channel for panel control and when a note event is inputted, the event code EC assigned to the note number is found. A panel control event is stored in a panel control event table while made to correspond to the event code EC. A panel control event of a type 1 executes a function STATE1 once at the time of a corresponding note-ON event, a panel control event of a type 2 executes the function STATE1 and a function STATE2 alternately at the time of a corresponding note-ON event, and a panel control event of a type 3 executes the function STATE1 at the time of the corresponding note-ON event and executes the function STATE2 at the time of a corresponding note-OFF event. |
