PURPOSE: To provide the cordless telephone system with a door phone and a master unit which are not connected by radio if there is a visitor during the absence. CONSTITUTION: The cordless telephone system is provided with a master unit 2 connected with a telephone line, one or more slave units connected with the master unit 2 by radio, and one or more door phones 1 connected with the master unit 2 by radio 2. The door phone 1 is provided with a storage means having an area so as to store an answering message, which reproduces it when coming a visitor is sensed during the absence mode. Thus, the door phone and the master unit are not connected by radio even when a visitor comes during the absence, resulting in eliminating the excess power consumption. |
