<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic tape driving device which can improve the tension fluctuation of a magnetic tape immediately after a magnetic tape is started to run. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 204 inputs and writes such modulation data that can cancel the previously measured torque ripple of a motor in a register 205 and a decoder 203 decides data to be selected from the data written in the register 205 in accordance with a signal indicating a position in one of ten divided sections of one transient outputted from an up-down counter, 201. The selected data are outputted through a shift register 206. The torque ripple of the motor is canceled by modulating the electric current of the motor by using the modulation data.</p> |
