PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit for three dimensions capable of developing logic circuit and dealing with polynominal logic constitution and transmission of a large capacity of information signal by easily forming three- dimensional circuit into multiple layers. CONSTITUTION: This optical integrated circuit for three-dimensions is formed by providing this circuit with three-dimensional slits in three-dimensional directions and three-dimensionally disposing optical elements, thereby constituting the three-dimensional circuit in the case where the optical elements are provided with input slits and leading out slits in two-dimensional directions. |
