PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the correctness of measurements by letting a complex contain hapten coupled to an indicator component directly or via a spacer group and, an antibody able to be specifically bonded to the indicator component. SOLUTION: The hapten tracer complex has hapten coupled to an indicator component directly or via a spacer group. On the other hand, the complex contains an antibody which can be specifically bonded to the indicator component. The hapten and indicator component can be bonded with each other directly by chemical bonding or via the spacer group which can be set between these two components. The generally used spacer group has a linear structure, e.g. polyethylene glycol. The hapten tracer complex contains the antibody which can be specifically bonded to the indicator component. The antibody which is specific to the indicator component is obtained by an immunological method, that is, by immunizing an experimental animal, for example, a rabbit with the indicator component (marker protein binder).
