CONTROL APPARATUS OF TV ANTENNA

The apparatus automatically controls the reception direction of the TV antenna for tuning the TV set to TV broadcasting signals with an optimal receiving frequency. The apparatus comprises: a remocon(10) generating a remote channel search signal and a remote channel switch signal; a memory(30) storing data on the reception directions of the TV antenna by the TV channel; an antenna drive controller(50) generating a drive voltage for adjusting the reception direction of the TV antenna(80); an antenna drive motor(60) controlled by the antenna drive controller(50); a microprocessor(70) generating a control signal based on the remote channel search signal and the remote channel switch signal of the remocon(10); a detector(100) detecting an initial position of the TV antenna(80).
