<p>PURPOSE: To realize the transmission of sound with high quality without canceling the head part of a received sound signal by speedily establishing the frame synchronizing of a new sound burst signal. CONSTITUTION: A frame synchronizing circuit 1 becomes a back protection state based on the unique word UW of a received signal Sin as a received burst signal, and outputs a frame timing signal F1. When the error of the unique word UW is detected after synchronism is established, the circuit becomes a front protection state. A frame synchronizing circuit 2 also becomes the back protection state based on the unique word UW of the received burst signal Sin and outputs a frame timing signal F2. A control circuit 3 operates the frame synchronizing circuit 2 when the frame synchronizing circuit 1 becomes the front protection state, and outputs the frame timing signal F2 instead of the frame timing signal F1 when the frame synchronizing circuit 2 becomes a synchronization established state before the fame synchronizing circuit 1 is restored from the front protection state.</p> |
