<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of a scanning line and allow an easy manufacture, regarding a liquid crystal display or the like. SOLUTION: An array circuit has an 'M' number of scanning lines extended in a first direction and an 'N' number of data lines extended in a second direction. Furthermore, the array circuit includes the crossing zone where the 'm'-th scanning line 90 and the 'n'-th data line 94 intersects each other, regarding each value of 1 to (m) in the 'M' number and each value of 1 to (n) in the 'N' number. A cell circuit at least in one crossing zone has an element 106 with a data lead for receiving and transmitting a signal from the 'n'-th data line 94. The cell circuit also has a coupling circuit for electrically connecting the data lead to the 'n'-th data line 94 under the control of the 'm'-th scanning line 90. Also, the 'm'-th scanning line 90 contains metal.</p> |
