Polymer reactor rotor core is perforated hollow cylinder on stub shafts

A reactor assembly for flowing media pref. molten polymers has a housing(1 ) enclosing a rotor resting on horizontal shaft stumps (3) and passing through the housing (1) end-walls. The novelty is that the rotor (2) assembly core is a hollow cylinder (4) with holes (5) in the faces. Ring-shaped elements (6, 7) arranged on the core, move the molten materials. The hollow cylinder is supported by a supporting face and locking assembly (13 to 18) , which is functionally separate from the stub-shaft supports within the reactor housing (1) .
