Switch cabinet with frame structure and mounting plates

The switch box (10) has frame arms (13,16,19) contg. system holes i.e. series of fixing retainers and/or bores. The mounting plates (30) have vertically angled side edges (31). The edges and the adjacent regions of the plates have identical system holes to the frame arms. The frame arms are separate from the wall elements (12,20) of the switch box and form a separate frame. At least part of each frame arm is bent to form an edge with the associated wall element. The plates have further system holes parallel to one side, which are aligned with the system holes on that side and of identical form.
