The windshield is fastened to the vehicle roll bar. The roll bar (2) has cross bar (5) which extends on the level of the centre line (4) of the car, and in transverse car direction. Stirrup sections (8,9) extend upwards from side sections (6,7) of the cross bar. The windshield (3) consists of a central and two side sections (13-15). The side sections are fitted into the openings (10,11) of the curved parts. the central section is fitted into the space (12) defined between the curved parts and the cross bar. The central shield section consists of an upright transparent plastic pane (19). The side sections consists of injection-moulding plastic grates. or perforated panels with frames.
