PURPOSE:To improve the stability and reliability of coolant and a pump toward heat by a method wherein a timing element to delay the action of a coolant heater than that of a coolant circulating pump and the like are provided in the heating apparatus utilizing the latent heat of the coolant generated by being heated in a coolant heater. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 6 is turned on and room temperature is set with the room temperature setting variable resistance 19 of a remote controller 24 and as well as, for example, an air flow change-over switch 21 (requesting strong wind level) out of switches 21-23 is turned ON and then a start-stop switch 20 is turned ON, the microcomputer 13 of a controlling circuit 10 brings an output terminal O4 to the high level, resulting in energizing the coolant circulating pump 3 and a pump controlling relay 11. After the elapse of the fixed period of time, an output terminal O5 goes to the high level, resulting in putting a heat source controller 33 in respect to the coolant heater in order to start the evaporating action of coolant. At the same time, output terminals O1 and O2 go to the high level, resulting in energizing a starting relay 7 and a speed change- over relay 8 in order to rotate an indoor fan 2 for starting heating operation. |
