New sulphonylaminocarbonyltriazolinones with halogenated alkoxy substituents have the formula (I), in which R1 stands for hydrogen, hydroxy, amino, alkylidene amino or for an optionally substituted residue from the series of alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkanoylamino, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, cycloalkylamino, aryl, arylalkyl; R2 stands for halogen-substituted alkyl or alkenyl; and R3 stands for an optionally substituted residue from the series of alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl. Also disclosed are salts of the compounds having the formula (I), a process and new intermediate products for preparing the compounds (I) and their use as herbicides and/or fungicides.
