Mass flowrate measuring system for milking device

The measuring system determines the mass flowrate of milk along a milk line (1) by extracting a partial flow quantity representative of the overall flow quantity. The latter is calculated from the partial quantity collected at the end of the milking procedure, by multiplication with a proportionality factor. Pref. the proportionality factor is corrected in dependence on physical parameter variations, e.g. the temp, indicated by corresponding sensors, with gravimetric measurement of the partial quantity collected in a sample container (2) via a weighing cell (3).
