The x-ray appts. includes an x-ray tube and an image amplifier-TV chain (5 - 10). The chain includes an x-ray image amplifier (5), a TV camera (7), an imaging system (8) and a monitor (9). The imaging system is connected to a detector (11) for evaluating movements. The output images of the x-ray image amplifier are deflected according to the output signals of the detectors. The deflection minimises the movement of parts of the x-ray images displayed on the monitor.
