The equipment includes a silo for dry material, such as cement and sand, a mixing machine, and an eccentric worm pump which is connected by a line to regulating equipment (18) supplying its material to a pipe, at a certain pressure. Inserted in the pipe is a flow meter (36), followed by a fixed or variable throttle (24) to produce dynamic pressure and compress the air for multi-phase flows. The flow meter is coupled to a computer (44) that controls the water feed through an output regulator (42) to the mixer.
