Draw anchor for lift device

The draw anchor has an oblong draw element (5) which engages with the lift device at the top end and has an anchor element (1 to 4) attached at the lower end. The anchor element has at least two, pref. three, expanding arms (1) hanging evenly spaced from a retaining plate (2) to allow expanding movements and having holders (4) at their lower end facing the object (8) being lifted. The expanding arms spread out and run inclined down into an expanding plate (3). The force (9) for spreading out the arms acts on the expanding plate so that this is moved in the direction of the retaining plate and presses the arms so far apart that the holders clamp on walls of the recess (7) behind a projection (14). To release the holders a second force (10) closing the arms acts on the expanding plate so that this is moved away from the retaining plate.
