<p>A threaded tubular fastener (10) having an elongated central through-bore (34) having engaging means (36) for engaging said through-bore with a rotary device having a rotary driver (20), a generally cylindrical body having an external surface with a main external thread (26) formed thereon with a plurality of slots (28), said thread (26) being larger than the diameter of a pre-drilled hole in a first work piece (16) and a second mating work piece (18) wherein the said threaded tubular fastener (10) is employed to fasten the first work piece to the second work piece.</p> |
