The circuit comprises a control signal input circuit(11) for generating inverter driving control signal, an inverter circuit(12) for converting the output signal of a control signal input circuit(IGBT), an interruption duration control signal output circuit(13) for keeping the interruption duration between the breaking and conducting time of electric power, and a muting circuit(14) for muting output signal transmitted from the control signal input circuit to a negative power terminal. The circuit prevents the power transistor from instability of the power at the breaking and recovering time of electric power.
