PURPOSE: To provide a system which concentrically controls heating of a plurality of cooking appliances, by which a protective function can surely be operated when temperature abnormally rises in each cooking appliance, and whose cooking applance operating cost is low. CONSTITUTION: A central controlling apparatus 14 and electromagnetic ranges 12 are connected each other by transmission lines through an IFU. Heating controlling data such as heating electric power corresponding to the use condition based on the kinds of the cooking recipes is previously registered in the central controlling apparatus 14 and when a worker is sent the use condition to the central controlling apparatus 14, corresponding heating control data is selected and transmitted to the electromagnetic ranges 12. Based on the heating control data, in the electromagnetic ranges 12, heating is carried out while the heating electric power being so limited as to make a customer adjust the heating. Furthermore, information signals to show the operation condition of each electromagnetic range 12 are transmitted to the central controlling apparatus 14 and when abnormal heating occurs, it is informed to workers with a display part of the central controlling apparatus 14. |
