发明名称 DETECTION OF UREASE DERIVED FROM HELICOBACTOR PYLORI
摘要 PURPOSE: To easily detect Helicobactor pylori by identifying a product formed from<13> C-labeled urea by the action of urease by<13> C-NMR. CONSTITUTION: A urease detection method contains a process identifying a product formed from<13> C-labeled urea by the action of urease by<13> C-NMR. That is, carbon dioxide formed from urea decomposed by urease is persuited and determined with the elapse of time by<13> C-NMR to accurately measure urease activity in an extremely simple manner. By this measuring method, the urease inhibiting activity of a substance to be examined can be screened within an extremely short time without being affected by the pH or the like of a reaction soln. When the urease activity in a specimen is high, the hydrolytic reaction of urea is rapidly advanced according to circumstances and, therefore, especially, when urease reaction is persuited with the elapse of time, reaction is pref. performed at low temp. of about 0-4 deg.C.
