摘要 PURPOSE:To realize the excellent revolution precision by correcting the deterioration of the revolution precision of a spring type drive transmission shaft which transmits drive power and possesses softness, as for an ultrasonic diagnostic device which is equipped with a scanning mechanism part which is inserted into a thin pipe having a bent part and ultrasonic-searches the state of the inside of the thin pipe wall and transmits drive power from the position separated from a two-dimensional scanning part. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic diagnostic device is equipped with the second rotary shaft 12 revolved by a motor 6, drive part connector 16 having a groove 17, contactor connector 23 having a projection part 24, and an adjusting spring 25 whose both edges are fixed with the drive part connector 16 and the contactor connector 23, and the revolution operation of the rotary shaft 12 is transmitted to the contactor connector 23 from the drive part connector 16 by the groove 17 and the projection part 24. Further, the tension variation of a drive transmission shaft 20 shifts the contactor connector 23 for the drive part connector 16, and is controlled at the position in the equillibrium state with the tension of the adjusting spring 25, and the tension of the drive transmission shaft 20 can be kept constant independently of the change of the state of the ultrasonic contactor 1, and the revolution precision can be made optimum.
