摘要

A cationic copolymer comprising a linear arrangement of ethylene (80-98 mol %), acrylate (1-15 mol %) and acrylamide (2-20 mol %) units and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-50,000 is incorporated in (meth)acrylate resin. The resulting (meth)acrylate resin composition is excellent in antistatic property, abrasion resistance, water resistance, clarity and impact strength.
