The apparatus bonds synthetic resin or concrete to the back of the tiles used for prefabricated wall or floor in order to improve the adhesion strength. The apparatus comprises: a lower mold(1) having a plurality of cross liners(3) regularly inserted into a support(10), a vertical and a horizontal fixed frame(4,5), and slide frames(4a,5a) installed in the frames(4,5) for arranging a plurality of tiles, adjusting the length and width of the tiles and filling up foaming resin into a cavity(7) formed within; an upper mold(20) including a support with a heating wire(11) built-in moving up and down and a passageway(22) supplying the resin(31) from a resin supplier(30).
