PURPOSE:To enable a flexing of a ceramic roller to be restricted as much as possible by a method wherein belt conveyors are arranged in side-by-side relation fir every plurality of tile rows at an inlet port of a roller hearth kiln, a speed at both ends and a speed at a central part are set to be different from each other and then the tiles are disposed at bent parts at a feeding position for the roller hearth kiln. CONSTITUTION:An equal speed lining roller conveyor A is disposed at a transporting part before being guided into a roller hearth kiln K. At the equal speed lining roller conveyor A, tile rows are transported under a regulated state a1. Then, non equal speed belt conveyor B is disposed and the tile rows are deformed intensionally into a bent state a2. The tile rows are placed on a ceramic roller row R while being in bent state a2 and guided into the roller hearth kiln K. With such an arrangement, even in the case that the tiles pass over the stainless steel rollers or ceramic rollers disposed within the roller hearth kiln K, the bent state is not changed and the tiles are out of the end part of the roller hearth kiln K without being in a non-arranged state. |
