The ducting is formed with a copper conductor (1), preferably, or a conducting alloy, with an insulating envelope (2). In the first stage, the conductor is cut in the form of a plain, elongated bar. This is covered with a first layer of polyamide powder applied electrostatically or in a fluidised bed. A second stage applies an insulating envelope around this (3). This is a mixture of polyester and epoxy, loaded with quartz of defined grain size, including bromine and chlorine components, with trioxide of antimony and aluminium hydrate. The assembly has a raised ignition and fire point. Phase conductors may be separated by the insulating mass comprising the external insulation, forming a single polyphase assembly. |
