PURPOSE:To constitute a load power controller in which the lowering of a power factor is suppressed and a few amount of radio noise is generated, by providing a phase controller which applies phase control on an AC output between an AC power source and load, and arranging impedance with varies the power consumption of the load between the phase controller and the load. CONSTITUTION:When a conduction angle is changed from the greater to the less by operating the phase controller 2, a phase monitor 3 transmits the above information to an impedance element 4. As a result, the effective impedance of the impedance element 4 changes from the less to the greater. According to the above, the power consumption of the load changes from the greater to the less. If it is desired to obtain the same amount of reduction of the power consumption only by the phase controller 2, it is required to reduced further the conduction angle of the phase controller 2, however, actually, since the power consumption changed from the greater to the less by the contribution of the impedance element 4, the part of the role of the phase controller 2 can be reduced by the share of the contribution, thereby, the change quantity of the conduction angle from the greater to the less can be reduced. |
