The tool is constructed as hand grippers with two clamping jaws (3,4). At least three circular cutters (8,9) are mounted on the jaws to freely rotate in a common plane which is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the grippers. One of the cutters is located on one jaw, and the third cutter is located on the other. Each individual clamping jaw is formed as a two-sided yoke, and the cutters are located between the yoke sides (6,7). |
