FIELD: powder metallurgy, apparatuses used in production of porous complex pieces designated for filtration and separation of multicomponent liquid and gas-shaped mediums. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for production of sintered porous pipes of spherical metal granules has mould and rod made of inert in respect to granules material. Mould is made of material, linear expansion coefficient of which is less than linear expansion coefficient of sintered granules coefficient of sintered granules and rod is made of material, linear expansion coefficient of which exceeds coefficient of sintered granules. Apparatus allows to decrease cost of made of granules porous pipes manufacture by 25 - 30 % due to multiple usage of equipment for sintering and usage of cheaper and technological material for equipment rod manufacture. Besides, there is possibility to increase strength of porous pipes due to additional inside pressing by rigid metal rod. EFFECT: significantly decreased cost of manufacture, increased strength of porous pipes. |
