PART REPAIR METHOD

摘要

FIELD: repair of parts operating under cyclic thermomechanical loading conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves facing predetermined portion of part to be repaired. Faced portion has two layers: inner layer made from high-alloy steel and outer wear-resistant layer made from alloy steel. Total content of alloying elements of inner layer exceeds that of wear-resistant outer layer by 1.97-16.70 times. Thickness of outer layer is 0.3-4.3 of inner layer thickness. EFFECT: increased strength of repaired parts by improved wear-resistance and enhanced reliability in operation.
