<p>PURPOSE: To perform positioning an installed part and an assembling part further to prevent position displacing the parts, by providing a bolt guide means having a shaft diameter, insertion fittable to a bolt receiving hole of the assembled part and to a bolt inserting hole of the assembling part, and having a shaft length astride between a pair of front/rear assembly wall surfaces of at least the assembled part. CONSTITUTION: A guide robot 15 is inserted from a side of the second assembly wall surface 63 of an arm assembly part 61 to its bolt receiving hole 64, and this robot is inserted through a bolt inserting hole 75 of a boss part 72 to be protruded to a side of the bolt receiving hole 64 of the first assembly wall surface 62. Next, a bolt press in port robot 7 is actuated, to fit a fitting protruded part 82 in a point end of an assembly bolt 81 to a fitting recessed part 16 in a point end of the guide robot 15. Then, a bolt tightening robot is actuated, to screw a nut, mounted in this nut runner, to a point end part of the assembly bolt 81, and by tightening this nut, a cross member 60 and a rod part 71 are fastened to complete assembly.</p> |
