PURPOSE: To provide a cart which is hand pushing-pulling type and has an attaching means to a bicycle, and can be used as a baggage cage when attached to the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: In a hand pushing-pulling cart 9 which is equipped with a baggage cage 1 having wheels 7 and a handle 5 for manually pushing and pulling it, an attaching means 8 being detachable to a bicycle is provided on the vertical back face 1b of the baggage cage 1. |
