FIELD: machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: rolling out hydraulic circuit has hydromechanical transmission of "hydraulic shaft" type, where hydraulic step engines are used as actuating members. Engines are controlled from mechanical hydraulic pulse generator having coding disks with peripheral projections of required depth, which overlap nozzles or leave nozzles free for generating pressure pulses to provide switching of distributors with end distribution of working liquid delivered to inlets of end distributor unit and distributed among working chambers of hydraulic step engines of rolling out circuit drive. One hydraulic step engine is connected with billet unit and other engine is connected with composite wheel unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency by regulating transmission ratio and enhanced reliability in operation. |
