PURPOSE: To provide a liquid application utensil capable of mounting different kinds of application cores. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ribs 20 are formed for retaining an application core (pen core) 21A in the inner diameter part of a retaining cylinder provided in the end part of a shaft cylinder main body 10, and a projection height from the retaining cylinder 11 inner diameter part of a part of opposite ribs 20 among a plurality of ribs 20 is made lower than other ribs. The crests of higher ribs 20 in the projection height from the inner diameter part and crests of lower ribs 20 in the projection height from the inner diameter part serve to hold a prismatic pen core 21A, and also the crests of higher ribs 20 in the projection height from the inner diameter part serve to hold only cylindrical pen core 21A. |
