<p>PURPOSE: To stably extrude polymeric material from an extruder to be connected with a kneader. CONSTITUTION: In the running of an extruder 3, which continuously extrudes polymeric material fed through a chute tube 2 thereto through the rotation of a screw 4, the sojouring state of the polymeric material at the inlet of the extruder 3 is monitored with a monitor camera 8. The image of the monitor camera 8 is inputted in a computer 11 so as to be picture-processed in order to be converted into the stay amount, which indicates the staying state. By inputting the above-mentioned stay amount and the measured values sent from the rotational frequency measuring apparatus 13, the temperature sensor of material 12, and the wattmeter of a motor 14 in a controlling device 15 and the outputting the number-of-rotation setting device 16 of the screw and the driving motor 17 of a material feeder, the number of rotation of the screw and the feeding of polymeric material at the inlet of the extruder are controlled.</p> |
