PURPOSE: To obtain a composition capable of imparting an excellent vibration suppressing characteristic to its molded product by blending the composition thereto. CONSTITUTION: This polymer particle comprises a polymer core body (A) and a polymer shell body (B) as shown below, and at least one of the polymer core body (A) and a polymer shell body (B) has at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of carboxyl group, epoxy group and amino group. The polymer core body (A) has (-)50-150 deg.C temperature range of a temperature where tanδobtained by a dynamic viscoelastic measurement shows a peak value (a glass transition temperature). The polymer shell body (B) is constituted by a polymer having >=25 deg.C glass transition temperature.
