CELLULOSE ESTER SOLUTION AND PRODUCTION OF CELLULOSE ESTER FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To enable the preparation of a cellulose ester solution using various organic solvents and produce a cellulose ester film having excellent physical properties by a solvent-cast method. CONSTITUTION: This cellulose ester solution contains a mixed fatty acid ester of a cellulose obtained by substituting the hydroxyl groups of a cellulose with acetyl group and a >=3C acyl group in a state dissolved in a solvent. The mixed fatty acid ester of cellulose satisfies the formulas, 2.0<(DSace<=2.7, 0.3< DSacy<=0.8 and 2.6<(DSace+DSacy<=3.0, wherein DSace is the substitution degree of acetyl group and DSacy is the substitution degree of acyl group having a carbon number of >=3.
