PURPOSE: To simply and inexpensively produce a polyurethane resin molded object within a short time using a rubber mold or a resin mold. CONSTITUTION: A liquid polyol compsn. containing a polyurea rubbery substance with an average particle size of 0.1-10μm and polyol and characterized by that the content of the polyurea rubbery substance is 2-3wt.% and a polyisocyanate soln. are mixed under stirring and the resulting mixture is injected into a rubber or resin mold having a dielectric constant of 1-20 and low in heat conductivity and allowed to stand in the electric field formed by a microwave heating device to heat and cure the injected mixture.
