FIELD: metal machining, in particular, working of outer and inner mesh toothed parts. SUBSTANCE: working tool has holder 1 cutting portion formed as bowl-shaped cutter 2. Conical annular recess 3 is cut on front surface of bowl-shaped cutter 2 for defining front angle. Cutter is fixed on holder through bolt with nut and washer. Usage of such tool allows profile distortion to be eliminated and precision of cut teeth to be increased. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified sharpening and preparing of cutter for cutting process and improved precision of cutting. |
