FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves inoculation of protoplasts, cells, tissues, embryos or plant organs grown and/or treated at conditions in vitro with bacteria of family Azotobacteraceae followed by cocultivation of obtained culture at 15-35 C and if desired multiplication and/or regeneration of the whole plant at conditions in vitro on cultural medium containing nitrogen and carbon source(s) that were utilized by plant cells only and other additions sometimes. Method provides well balanced plant growth together with bacteria. EFFECT: improved method of plant preparing. |
