FIELD: visual aids in studying physics to demonstrate conversion of expulsive force due to magnetic field strength of material substance of permanent magnetics into revolving motion of body without applying external man-produced energy. SUBSTANCE: device has base 1, vertical shaft 2, magnet of stator 3, magnet of rotor 4, and instrument for measuring air gap between them; magnet of rotor 4 has a number of helical grooves 8. When in initial state, magnet of stator 3 is held in position on base 1 and magnet of rotor 4 is mounted on shaft 2 by means of bushing 6 and bearing 7 for easy rotation and vertical displacement. Force due to stress of material substance acts on inclined surfaces of helical grooves 8 causing magnet of rotor 4 to turn about vertical shaft 7. Speed of rotation of magnet of rotor 4 changes as soon as magnet of stator 3 and that of rotor 4 approach each other. EFFECT: enlarged demonstration capabilities. |
