SPRAY COATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray coating apparatus which makes profit not only in terms of production costs but also in terms of coating work even when the kinds of powder are changed frequently after the same kind of powder was used for along period. SOLUTION: A cabin forms a coating space 6 which at a bottom is partitioned by a powder collection means. The powder collection means is divided into an inner collection means 34.2 and an outer collection means 34.1 in order to collect surplus powder separately and to discharge the whole surplus powder from the cabin. The outer collection means 34.1 collects coating powder dropping from the inner wall surface 40 of the cabin, and the inner collection means 34.2 collects the surplus powder being out of contact with the surface 40.
