HOOK PIECE STRUCTURE OF MOLDED PLANE FASTENER

PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin molded hook piece structure which reduces damage due to the buckling of a hook piece of the molded Hook-and- Loop fastener as much as possible and increases smoothness in removal and engaging efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a hook piece structure applied to a Hook-and-Loop fastener in which a number of hook pieces 3 with a rising portion 31a and a curved portion 31b are integrally provided at least at one surface of a plane base material 2, a first reinforcing rib 32 and a second reinforcing rib 33 of a hook piece 3 are integrally projected from a hook piece body 31 and the first reinforcing rib 32 is set higher than the second reinforcing rib 33. The height difference between the first reinforcing rib 32 and the second reinforcing rib 33 allows compression stress caused inside the hook piece body 31 when hook pieces disconnect from the other engaging pieces to be distributed in plural directions.
