PAPER MAKING METHOD STAMPABLE SHEET, LIGHT WEIGHTED STAMPABLE SHEET MOLDED PRODUCT, AND LIGHT WEIGHTED STAMPABLE SHEET SKIN-BONDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE: To manufacture a porous product which is excellent in adhesion and shows thorough non-gas permeability from a stampable sheet which is excellent in an adhesive property and non-gas permeability. CONSTITUTION: A paper-making method stampable sheet obtained by making paper from a mixture of a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber, and thermoplastic resin composing a web have the same or a similar structure. A light weighted stampable sheet skin-bonded product is composed of a film A consisting of a resin a melting point or a melt viscosity of which is at least equivalent to those of the thermoplastic resin, a film B consisting of a resin a melting point of which is sufficiently higher than that of a thermoplastic resin composing a web, and a film C consisting of a resin a melting point of which is equal to or under that of a thermoplastic resin composing the web laminated as occasion demands. The film A is so laminated as to be positioned on the web side, and they are incorporated by heating and pressure fixing.
