摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stress at a junction of a high pressure fluid flow passage by forming a concave spaced from an outlet around the outlet on an interior wall portion of a primary fluid flow passage at a connection portion of the primary fluid flow passage and the outlet of a secondary fluid flow passage connected thereto. SOLUTION: Concaves 24 are formed on an interior wall portion 20 of a primary fluid flow passage 12 so as to approximately surround an outlet 16 of a secondary fluid flow passage 14 communicating with a primary fluid flow passage 12 and space from the outlet 16. The concaves 24 can be formed by an electro-chemical mechanical machining. After the concaves 24 are formed at least interior wall portion 20 of the primary fluid flow passage 12 can be honing-finished so as to finish a surface of the interior wall 20. Not only a tensile stress is introduced so as to leave from the outlet 16 by forming the concave surrounding the outlet 16 at a position spaced from the outlet 16 at some distance but also a body 10 adjacent to the outlet 16 is compressed by an equal static pressure P of the fluid in the passages 12, 14.
